I think he's on controller, either way it can be done there. Assault boost > flick one direction on the stick to strafe > hold quick turn and flick the the opposite direction, this will make you circle around the enemy while ABing like this. That, and always cancel your AB with the jump/ascend button rather than holding back on the stick, it keeps your momentum. A lot of people use the type B control scheme because it's easier to use your jump and QB buttons while still aiming

@@eldonhill4840 Yo thanks a lot for the feedback! I tried it, not there yet but I kinda realised how it works! Just needs practice. Also what do u mean by holding quick turn? input wise. I also use type B day 1! Recently customized them a bit More to be able to fire/swap back weapons at the same time if needed.

@@ToNy_S_scaling If you have the Quick Turn OS tuning upgrade, assault boosting and holding the quick turn button (which I think is A on Xbox/X on playstation) while pressing a direction will turn your assault boost 90 degrees. So if you have an enemy in front of you, you can assault boost towards them, hit left on the stick to sidestep, then hit A+right to turn you towards them. If you get really good at it you can almost go in a full circle around them while still having your assault boost on lol. It burns energy insanely quickly but it's really fun and good for getting behind people

tell fromsoft to fix the arms permanently being at rest so i can use something else with my playstyle that doesnt have nearly an entire second of firing delay after a QB if you want to see something else, they sure are doing a good job of ignoring the rest of us!

I agree. The assault rifles and little machinegun would be great with that kinda builds if they had less to no delay during qb. 😢

There's like 50 (exaggerating, but it's a lot) different handguns that can do that for you. If you want to abide by the lightweight rule, then you have to use lightweight weapons too. You can't have your cake and eat it too. Game just came out, nobody's ignoring you.

@@HDemigod believe me, if i was able to AB circle people and use literally any other weapon that would fire between the tech cancels I would. the resting state causing firing lag severely narrows options, and with dual handguns only one side often fires too lmao game sucks

@@shiftarmoredcore Ducketts work perfect for me. Idk what you're playing on, but I don't remember having the problem of only firing one gun instead of both. Might be a hardware input issue on your side.

haldemans are terrible weapons and i dislike using OP shit nobody likes playing against because it just isnt very fun. i want some of what you're smoking if you think the weapons im using are cheesy and overpowered and not used out of necessity due to current game mechanics making me unable to shoot anything else due to firing delay caused by the arms resetting to rest instantly after a quick boost

@@shiftarmoredcore actually what happened was I wrote out the comment for another video, and RU-vid auto started your video next right as I posted, and so it ended up here. This comment was meant for a video claiming ac6 pvp is fun as hell, and then proceeded to use dual shotties/needles and all the shit that makes it not fun at all. And look what video it ended up on, one with a match up involving dual shotties 🙄

@@colbyboucher6391 no, die as in people dont buy the game, recommend it to their friends, etc. I know for sure From needs to patch stuff but the game "doesnt suck" as I see Shift saying in some of their comments. PvP sucks "for some people", but they need to be careful if theyre going to be putting out content because people are going to take their words and use it as justification to move on from the game and likely never return. Positivity prolongs game life, especially when it just came out and pre-first patch like jfc lol
