@MDpolo it is everything I have heard and more. It has to be the best striker-fired trigger I have ever felt in my years of handling them since their inception. My only grip is the mags; for those of us that want to carry it, the 18 rounder is just not concealable. I carried it appendix and it was OK, but certainly not ideal. 2 18s and a flush 15 that could be used with removal of the mag well would have been welcomed by me. I ordered a 15 round pdp mag for it that will be here on Tuesday! I love love love this pistol!!!!

Go with the PDP, I went through the same thought at my time of purchase, the q5 had an awesome price. Read the warranty and was shocked, you get no warranty on the q5 other than walther's 30 day money back guarentee. Their lifetime warranty is only good on guns in production.

I wanted to try the dynamic performance trigger. And let me tell you, it’s pretty special.

@@e.t.2230 I’ve not tried the compact, I had the full size. Maybe if I had the compact I might have liked it. Maybe I’ll revisit it at some point.
