I met Laurence Fishburne in the 90s during my 3 year's in LA. It was at a 7 eleven. He drove a classic Mercedes, and he opened the door for me even tho he was not alone. I briefly shared how much I appreciated his acting in Orthello. He placed his hands together and bowed humbly to say thank you. Looking back... Unbelievable. He ordered hotdogs and pop. 😊
His Mother wanted his Attention. For whatever the reason of their strained relationship, she probably over time began to fall ill with Dementia, which may have developed hereditarily. So glad to hear he did try to take care of her. He is a FANTASTIC ACTOR!!

If I could be any actor, I would want to be Lawrence Fishburne. I have loved watching him in sooo many movies, including the professor in Higher Learning and the undercover cop in Deep Cover (you omitted those roles). He's simply an awesome actor. I think his mom should have been living in a house with an assistant and he should have been visiting regularly. with that kind of money and success you can always fly home once a month for a one day visit.

Mr. Fishbourne is an incredible actor and a humbled person.....less can be said about some of hollywood's top stars. No one has a perfect relationship, it doen't exsists. It's how we grind it out everyday TOGETHER, good and bad. Either way Mr. Fishbourne is a great actor and person, other actors and actresses should take his struggles and learn from it.

I think it's ridiculous that in 2024 people are still so judgemental and disturbed by sex work. Her job doesn't hurt anyone. I am more concerned about her criminal charges than anything else. People never think about why people do what they do, but I think it's pretty clear that he judges her and so does everyone else. That stress and pain will destroy people emotionally and eventually they will act out. It doesn't excuse what she did to her boyfriend, but maybe if people start treating her with dignity and respect she will stop being like that.
Parents shouldn't be looking for their kids to take care of them when they get old. If you get your life right with the Lord, your finances in order, and use your money wisely, you should be living comfortably. It's just selfish and sad!
