I am definitely demoralised with my 9-6 job routine as it leaves no time for anything else.. I know time management is the key, but 9 hours plus the travelling gets too hectic to do anything else simultaneously. I wish I had great time management skill 😔
So many things I am working on : Organizing my house, taking care of taxes, potentially moving to another country, working in my health, starting a business for extra money towards relocating ...etc.
take some time to think preferably at a different place than usual, journal everything you think, organize what u wrote, list of big to do, list of ur responsibilitie, what r ur big goals/priorities in life, what r important in ur list of 1 &2, what u enjoy most in list 1& 2, what can u do to cut out things u dont enjoy, make plans to reach ur goal, make some recognizable symbolic change to show u are making change, take massive action start with short time goal, do something enjoyable & fun

Getting freelance clients is the biggest challenge for me. I'd rather meet them in person because those people tend to actually want to work with you whereas social media is a lot of work for not much return.

Thanks for the motivation and inspiration.My goal: I need to eat healthier (less sugary foods). It worked for 3 months, then the motivation was gone. But I won't give up.
I loved this video. Really. I downloaded the worksheet and was really pleasantly surprised about the communication. Your automated replies and the overall e-mail message style was very approachable and welcoming. Sometimes when you download some "free" content (I use quotation marks since it is obviously not free for the person who has put a lot of time and effort into making the product) the author is very pushy of his or her services, but your e-mails seemed really friendly and nice. The video could not have been made at a better time (for me) since I am a group therapist and have a goal-setting support group reunion today. Now I have some fresh ideas to present to the group. I want to learn more about the world of business and entrepreneurship... where to start? I feel like I have to have this amazing business idea for it to work but I'm not that creative!
How many times have you reset your entire life? I mean withoutbringing friends, family or parents and job along? It all seems too simplisticly and cheerily recommended... I mean, how do you get a new SS#, change your name, chose a new career and stay safe from your abuser? Yep... Kinda complicated and really scary.
This is a great plan to get to where I want to be. I really do need to start Journaling. I think I need to do that brain dump. Do you think it's better to journal in the morning vs. Night?
Journaling makes such a big difference! I find both morning and night to be helpful, but in different ways. Doing it in the evening helps me to unwind and relax my mind. Doing it in the morning always feels a little weird, but it really helps me get *focused* for the day. I'd say try it both ways and see which works better for you!
might be a silly question here but anything to help with how to disciplining yourself when you find it hard too please? x cause you give really great ideas but i find it hard to keep disciplined at times, thank you x
