RIP Matthew. I always believe there's a parallel universe, and in that universe, Mr. and Mrs. Bing, with their cuties kids, are happily together forever. Lol I saw a rerun of All In the Family recently where it is Gloria being super grouchy to Mike. She was overdue too and no matter what he did it was wrong. Lol the writers stole it from All in the Family, I guess. It makes me wonder if All in the Family stole it from, I Love Lucy. I don't remember the Little Ricky episode when he was born (in reruns I mean) I was not alive then.

Adoptive mothers aren't new or modern and have existed for basically ever. Accidental mothers are nothing to be encouraged and are a problem for society, no matter the time period. They also aren't new, however they were rare and taboo for good reason. Surrogacy is the only new one, and even that one can be a grey area. This show does nothing positive for society.
He did not drown. No water in his lungs. He was already dead when we went under. He had been clean for several years, but he did the damage already. He lost a good part of his colon 5 years ago from drug damage and almost died then. His heart was just too worn out.
I don’t blame her, Rachel was pregnant for over a year! In the show she was pregnant at Chandler and Monica’s wedding, and she was still pregnant at their one year anniversary. It’s a hilarious plot hole brought on (I’m sure) by the writers wanting to save the birth of the baby for the season finale.
Rachel was apparently pregnant with Emma for a year, if she discovered that was pregnant in May, then gave birth the following May. Time obviously works differently in sitcoms!
In those days they has sitcoms on for about September to June, then took holidays. The following September would or could seem like it was the same day as the past May. Example Monica and Chandler were in bed at Ross’s wedding in May of 1998 going back to September of 1998 it looks like it was the same day.

She did mean the baby. However her friends got up and were like "lets leave" even though she wasn't actually talking about them and that is why it was so funny.
The most unrealistic part of Friends was that there was a nice coffee shop in New York with a couch and a comfy chair, and both were somehow always free and available
Of course the baby is late.. she got pregnant addressing wedding invitations six weeks before a wedding in the middle of May, and is still pregnant the following May… that’s one late baby lol 😁😁

To be honest dont like how they are subtly mocking Rachel here. Pregnancy is not easy. Its very difficult. Rather than protraying scenes with empathy its plain mocking of pregnant women.

She didn't end up in his seat because she didn't want it, if she wanted it, she would have sat there when he stood up and proposed this, and he literally pointed at his seat, and he literally said maybe she would be more comfortable in the armchair. But she didn't sit there, she sat on the couch, so she wanted to sit on the couch. That is literally what is written/ what happened in this scene. You are biased against Ross.
