Didn't watch the whole thing yet so not sure if you talked about this but for the environment mini i believe they are not giving you any. They have them on the Kickstarter updates somewhere as stl files if you want to 3d print them yourself

I realized when I got through the whole thing that I’d have to use the cardboard ones or create my own 3-D minis. Luckily, I have the ones that were sent with the prototype. :) but I wasn’t aware about the 3-D print files, so I’m gonna pin your comment to the top

As an early adopter of technology. That’s the unfortunate price we pay for the latest tech lol. We always pay premium dollar to get things first. Hopefully as the system becomes more popular, the price will drop. But considering all the work that has to go into this behind the scenes, Programming etc. it’s hard to say.

Checked the KS Updates, but I couldn't find announcement for their release, only something saying if they could get enough backers they would add it as an orderable add-on. They didn't meet said goal. Could you link the post where the stl files are?

STL file are available on update N.51 of the original campaign of TBK. I've Just started to print my minis and they have a good quality.

To answer a few of your questions. You can share colours with other players. Such as, you can have 5 blue, red, purple or green characters. White based characters were made for the 5th player stretch goal. But the devs have heavily suggested that you might have a difficult time if you’re playing the same colours. And yes, you can mix and match different eras, you have Current time (original characters) Dark age characters New age characters And future characters.

Glad that the main device is detacheable from the board I had concerns that the 5x8 RFID detection grid would be too limiting for future games. But now they can just swap out the base board for more variety. The quality of the minis looks fine, but some of the poses just feel too stiff (e.g. stretched out arms in T-pose). The sculpting is not as good as from Awaken Realms or CMON (worst is the three snakes boss that reminds me of a male reproduction organ with the veins on the snakes (try to unsee it now)). I am mostly looking forward to the fights and not the minis, though.

The snake one is probably my least favourite of the bunch. I see what you’re saying about the poses being a little stiff. But the quality of detailing is really good on the big “minis”. When the minis are this big though if the poses got too dynamic they would probably take too much space and interfere with the smaller minis. I don’t know this just conversing. :)

Last I played they were still having problems with the app. just minor bugs that they’re currently working out. I haven’t had much chance to play it since. I’ve been working on my own Kickstarter for my comic book. I’m hoping to play it this week.
