She becomes someone else entirely when she steps into the role of Raq vs what you see here, and she still makes her character believable. She embodies that NY accent and swag while being from somewhere else entirely. Her versatile performances from mother to sister to Queen pin to lover are on point. Omari the actor Vs ghost the character doesn't have the same range as Patina vs. Raq. You had 6 seasons of Ghost so I can see why you're saying what you're saying.

For me and I don't know if other people picked up on it, but when Raq buys the flat above the other flat and starts to look out above the streets so you can see people coming, this is what Ghost did with the penthouse and in the club. I wonder whether he learned this from Kanan because he learned it from Raq? Who learned it from Symphony? And does Kanan do this as well in future seasons? Just these little details.
