Wario decides to make trouble for his own amusement again. This time, he's dropping water balloons in New Donk City! But will karma get the best of him as always?
I remember when there was a Shockwave game (or was it simply a Flash game) where you play as a prankster who drops water balloons on unsuspecting pedestrians while avoiding certain adversaries. Oh, 3DJoe, I still miss you.
