Great video and presentation. What always bothers me however is how people always link "positional" football with images and videos of Messi and usually Dani Alves or Iniesta fast interplay, this is NOT positional football that was just Messi. If you want to present positional football show how the whole team is spread out on the pitch with players always maintaining triangles and distances between themselves rather having the freedom to get close to one another (as in relational football). I tolerate this kind of misinformation and miseducation from Tiktok or Instagram reels but not well made videos like this

I've been having debates about how significant the barca n spanish core was to messi's stats and accolades, but im told it's insignificant. Considering Messi has never had the success he had since that core aged and left, im just curious if you think Messi, who isnt a leader, legacy is greatly owed a huge thanks to them, or do you think he wouldve been like CR7, who proved himself in multiple top leagues and dominated UCL despite not having been as fortunate as Messi to be in the greatest academies at newell and la masia, and then joining the greater core group in history. I'm genuinely just curious, cus you seem to be knowledgeable, and i never hear anyone argue this point but me. Am i overblowing the significance? You said very different, but i will go one further. I think CR7 would be unrivaled
