@ZSistersPickleball Carrie Z. demonstrates the basic grip for pickleball. It’s called a continental grip and can be used for the forehand and backhand shots when playing pickleball. Carrie also shows us the basic ready position with the paddle in front of the body. This grip technique is the most common grip and can be used with a two handed backhand as well. Learning how to grip a pickleball paddle is one of the key elements in learning how to play pickleball the right way! Carrie says the continental grip is the best grip for pickleball!
