Bond Man, the phantom Robot Master. While he never was, he's got quite the fanbase, and a surprising amount of information. The poor guy is in a sticky situation of likely never being able to see the light of day in a game.

I wanna see Bond Man in more fan games like Mega Man Maker, Arena, Robot Master Mayhem, and 8-Bit Deathmatch V-Classes since it would be interesting to see how people would make movesets for him. For someone who is one of the most well known scrapped robot masters, he sure is used in very little things so far.

another thing for the original dev document is that what i originally thought was ice man's early design was actually meant to be bubble man according to a direct translation which was likely changed to ice man through a (seemingly) simple sprite edit

I like that theory that Solo might be related to Sherrice/Nobody and a possible link between their civilizations and technology. Tbf, I don't know much about the story of Legend of the Network, unfortunately (not a lot of content out there and the wiki still needs some filling)
