James Gunn Has Debunked The Batman News! Makes me sad for no Robin but excited MR Freeze is now still a possibility ! x.com/CultureCrave/status/1739858484169199716?s=20
For those unaware, Bendy has a novel that goes over the past of Joey Drew studios. Also a guide that highlights moments and important parts in the game. That context combined with lore pieces you are able to find in the game themselves MIGHT conjure worthiness for the story being brought to movie form.
Still feels kinda unnecessary IMO. It just feels like they're doing this because the dark revival failed to reignite the franchise. The movie will have to change some things in the story in order to justify it's existence.
3:40 This is why I love when video games are getting turned into movies. It's one thing when us fans are excited to see 1 of our favorite video games get turned into a movie. It's a whole other thing when both of us is the fans and the literal creator of the game lyrically is decided for this
@@heyimadino the game itself was good but hardly anybody talked about it, the game only lasted for about 2 weeks before people moved on and bendy became irrelevant again
I am a little surprised they are making a bendy movie, but pretty sure any horror games will be trying to make a movie because of the success of five nights at Freddy’s movie
Im surprised that the studio behind hello neighbor hasn’t announced a hello neighbor film conserding how they really want there product to be out there And popular again
@@PraveenmondoOfficialsince most people in Bendy are made of ink, they can probably get away with a lot more violence than Fnaf did with a pg-13 rating
The reason why studios aren't marketing musical movies by showing the music is because, apparently general test screening audiences hate musicals. The idea they have behind getting these movie musicals to perform well is to hide it, so when test audiences go to see it, they are surprised, and MAYBE they might end up enjoying it.
I’d definitely say that I could see the Batman 2 being a Halloween movie with the line up of villains each being tied to horror, but I think it wouldn’t be Scarecrow but Jonathan Crane if Matt doesn’t want to overstuff
I can see professor pyg being the one to remove hush face and Thomas Elliot let's him willingly and there's a scene of pyg dancing and singing like in arkham knight while he cuts hush face off that's absolutely perfect
@@mohamedfawzy5843 which is the right choice to make…because many people want this batman to be rated R but the first movie was rated pg-13 and was still very dark and plus reeves knows what he’s doing so i trust him
2:53 There is! Not only because they are both horror games, but because they’re both from the “indie horror” and “mascot horror” genres, which was especially popular back then
To be completely honest with you, I never really watch movie news from A LOT of sources because it’s boring listening to them speak or they don’t have the *pizaz* I’m looking for, but you… I actually enjoy how you do it. You have such a great energy that you bring, and which subjects you bring to your videos! Thank you for being a movie and video game fan, and bringing us these videos!
I believe Scarecrow would be using his fear toxin to make Clayface actually look like an monster instead of just a guy with a mask. This would make Clayface fans happy and actualy give Scarecrow a purpose for ONCE in a Batman movie. I realy hope Scarecrow isn‘t minor…
The Bendy Movie has me excited, and I have a feeling the Movie will go the FNAF Movie route where the Story is a bit different from the game but still has the Characters from the game as well as the Lore. I'm also hoping it's a Mix between Bendy and the Ink Machine and Bendy and the Dark Revival where it has the story of Ink Machine but with a little Dark Revival elements thrown in there. And you already know the end credits song is going to be Build our Machine by DAGames
The bendy movie is interesting. I think the game could work as a movie as long as they adapt the story well enough and make sure the movie isn't primarily targeted towards fans. I just hope they're not doing this just to get the game back in the spotlight because if this is done right it could revive the series and bring many newcomers to the franchise.
Nah bro make it for the fans cuz they are the ones who are most gonna come up to see it explain the plot well enough for newcomers but like nah man the fans are the most important part
@@TheJoker3419YTno man, they need to make an actual good movie FIRST With moments For the fans, NOT only moments only fans would understand with a Tiny bit of movie on them, the latter is what most movies before Sonic did and that’s why they never succeed
@@miketrapper0464 FNAF has a story, it's just left for us to solve, at first it didn't really have one for the first game but then scott made a story and started implementing it, and while not much there are plenty of instances of concrete facts told to us for the story, the issue with the fnaf movie is that it was pandered to fans and they didn't really try all that hard to make it easy to understand, instead it expected us to know what the usual story was and then theorize what the difference in this movie world is
Just wanted to say thanks for all the updates this year, and years before. You always do the hard work in doing research so that we dont have to. Youre definitely valued and appreciated man. I hope you and the fam have a great holiday season!
There was an Easter egg in The Batman when Ridder references hush money and a photo of Thomas Wayne with HUSH printed on it. Clearly setting up Hush as main villain.
I’m happy you talked about the bendy movie because I do like hearing about superhero movie news but it’s always a good thing to talk about something completely different
I feel like an interesting way to for them to do a Bendy movie would be to have the ink characters animated in rotoscope instead of just plain CG, giving the film an art house feel to its style by bringing in a new astatic while still fitting the themes of the franchise.
I never expected Bendy to get a movie but then again because of the box office for the FNAF movie, I bet they saw it and said it's now our time to shine!
Here's how I think the villains in The Batman Part 2 can be used... Thomas Elliot (AKA Hush) will have Professor Pyg snatch certain victims to use their faces when he creates his own mask of Bruce's face. And when leaving the victims behind, they will have their army of Dollotrons. But I'm sure that they'll alter their memories so they won't remember who abducted them. Pyg might also want to help Hush because he'll be convinced that Bruce is imperfect and Thomas will be a better replacement and Thomas will look perfect once he becomes Bruce. Once Hush wears his new face to look like Bruce, he'll have Clayface's clay to heal the stitching scars since that has been done in the comics. Perhaps Hush will have Clayface pretend to be Bruce for a little while. Maybe even have him pretend to be Batman. I just don't know how they would use Scarecrow to fit into this story for all of these villains working together. But I hope he's done better than in the Dark Knight trilogy. Having the League of Shadows use his Fear Toxin to make Gotham's citizens tear each other apart was a genius idea, but they wasted Scarecrow's character in general. He's basically the Freddy Krueger of Batman villains. FOX's TV show Gotham did a good job for a live action Scarecrow.
I got an airfryer for christmas. I have ascended to the higher class human. Also when the news came out a new bendy reveal was happening, i thought it could physically be anything except a movie, maybe a trailer, a new game, anything. But i'm glad, im excited, even if it is a terrible film, im gonna love it.
It does seem from the info we have that Matt still wants to stick more deeply with the detective side of Batman, especially with his choice of villains. Which I'm honestly happy about, we rarely get it nowadays.
If the leaks are true I reckon it is likely that scarecrow could maybe be the main villain too. I think like the other villains he has a connection to identity within the tool of fear
Every time a video game movie is announced I’m actually someone who is up for these kind of movies. But now Bendy and the ink machine can’t wait to see Bendy on the big screen 🍿🎥
@@carsonsmovieworld3356 Yeha I know that’s my prediction I think a trailer will come around bendy the cage’s release to not lose hype and get more people ready for the movie because no doubt a lot of people will be playing it
Professor Pyg and Clayface are villains I’ve wanted to see on screen since I read my very first few Batman comics as a kid. I am absolutely hyped if this is true. Matt Reeves is making my dream Batman universe at this point
0:57 the color purple is marketed clearly a musical in the trailers. every wonka movie is a musical. mean girls isn't even out yet and it's distributed by paramount.
I never was a huge fan of Bendy and The Ink Machine as much as a fan I am of fnaf. But I really am excited for this movie adaptation because a month ago I had a conversation about how cool it would be. I'm excited to see the atmosphere!
ohh heck yes a brand new movie side flick after christmas you know this is going to be a party and side note i am very excited and nervous for the bendy movie because i have been a fan when that first game came out in 2017 and still am till this day the only way this could work is that they should go to the animated route and the timeline should be sent in the 30s
I'm honestly excited to see what Matt Reeves Batman will look like, Batman 1 I found to be amazing with both story and details what he makes in Batman 2 will hopefully follow that great line. Spiderman being pushed hopefully is a good thing and makes the movie overall better. Avengers 5 hopefully gives a great reaction to the audience and is given time with the story so it can release proper and not feel rushed.
*Some ideas* : I could see the Bendy movie being based on the first game, Bendy and the Ink Machine, where it had five chapters and maybe they could have all of them in the movie. Which idk if that's possible or not, but if not then they might just do something like the FNAF Movie, where it's the same story but some things were changed. And if the movie does well enough, there could be some potential sequels. I can see the second movie being based on Bendy and the Dark Revival and we see Audrey going through the Ink World, and the third movie could be based on Bendy: The Cage, an upcoming Bendy game. Edit: Also, I definitely see this movie being a live-action/animated hybrid movie.
I was hoping Scarecrow would be in it. It could also combine both elements of Clayface into one film while still keeping it grounded. The fear toxin, according to the comics, always tends to make the Scarecrow a LOT more intimidating than he actually is so keeping Clayface from the older era when he was just a dude who was the master of disguises and once the toxin kicks in, he looks like this huge mass of clay.
Batman seems to be shaping out quite good, I place my bet that Reeves is looking to do a reimagining of the long Halloween mixed with hush, that way all these villains can coexist
I had my fingers crossed for Mr. Freeze as the main villain in The Batman Part 2 but Hush sounds cool, too. I’ll definitely be there day one regardless. That first movie was amazing!
I trust that Matt Reeves will carry out a great plot line with Hush, Clayface, and Professor Pig. I am super hyped for The Batman 2! The Batman universe is my favorite in DC. Im always down for a good Batman film
Huh, a bendy movie..? That would be interesting. It's not as huge as fnaf, and i haven't seen much hype since for that game, tbh so it's interesting. Bendy is just bioshock but with cartoon monsters, so maybe it could work. Also, for the raiting, they got a lot with Bendy since it's all ink, but I've heard the newest upcoming game is going to be rated M it's called "Bendy: The Cage"
Thank you for the Batman update. Now hear me out Nirvana's something in the way was the theme song for Matt Reeves, and with this whole identity theme what if they took come as you are and that was the new theme for part 2
I'm really interested in how they pull off a bendy movie. I think the best way is to have a passion type of movie with the doll being possessed by a killer
The bendy movie being a live action/animated hybrid makes a lot of sense. Like the theme about the games is about cartoons characters coming to life to the real human world. So a movie being made roger rabbit style can actually work. But anyway, i am so freaking excited about the bendy movie! Just like fnaf, i instantly became a fan from the very start when chapter one came out and i was always looking forward for the next chapters to come out. And now look how far bendy has come, it's now going to become a actual movie! It makes me so glad for the people who work on indie projects, they put so much passion and hard work to make their projects as great as possible and they become so dang popular quickly. Another indie horror game that i hope it gets a movie adaption is Dark Deception, that game is so creepy and it's lore is pretty interesting, so i wish the creator of that game the best of luck for him to get a movie deal 😃 But yea! I'm Looking forward for the bendy movie updates 😄
I would have loved to see Poison Ivy and Mr Freeze for The Batman Part ll, but characters like Hush, Clayface and Professor Pig finally deserve their cinematic debut.
Chris I must admit, I'm incredibly curious to see what they have in store for Avengers 5, especially after the recent drama surrounding Jonathan Majors. It's always exciting to see how filmmakers navigate unexpected challenges and bring new life to franchises. Can't wait to witness the next chapter unfold Chris! as for the Batman 2..if they’re true.. then not only will we be getting dick graysons Robin, hush, professor, scarecrow, & clayface possibly being in the film?! Matt reeves is DEFINITELY COOKING & I can’t wait to see the Batman 2 opening weekend!
Never played bendy but I remember liking to watch videos about it when the first game came out so I’m excited, plus I’m just happy to see more video game movies being made
Souns like Reeves is going to do a variation of the Hush storyline. In that story he did use a bunch of villains to attack Batman and didn't reveal himself until the end pf the story.
I could totally see a grounded clay face team up with Scarecrow, and when Scarecrow uses the fear toxin, it morphs unpowered clay face into the one we all know, it all being a hallucination.
My son is excited they're making a Bendy movie, to be honest I'm a little excited too, didn't play the game but I enjoyed watching my son play at 4 years old lol
I work at a theater as a manager, and even we had no idea some of these movies were musicals. I will say the trailer for the color purple does have musical sequences so that one is pretty clear as a musical, but Wonka we all had 0 idea it was a musical. The only thing I’ve seen for mean girls is a poster that has a musical note in the A, but other than that nothing.
I think this time the bendy movie will be rated R since the creators did say they are going to make future games rated M which is pretty much an R rating but for games so while FNaF was always PG 13 bendy is wanting to be more mature so I have a feeling it will be rated R
Joker being a musical just makes sense... He dances ...she sings 🤷🏽♂️. I hated that musical idea at first but then I was like .. bruh... Arthur dances, she can be his music
I like the idea of keeping Kang, but doing it where different variants from different points in Kang's timeline are present. So you can easily do immortus with a different actor since there's a ton of makeup used, but then you could do a teenage kang and an elder kang played by someone like Keith David or even Denzel if he's interested so you wouldn't have to necessarily "recast". Also some of the best kang storylines dive into older Kangs interacting with his younger selves
I think the film should aspire to surpass the FNAF movie both in critical reception and audience reception. For this film it should do the following three things: 1. Try not to care for the age rating 2. Try to stick to the intended genre 3. If it wants to Adapt a specific game, stick to That specific game and don't mash various things together. A few things that I think should be noted is that while it's fine to put some jokes there, they should be used in a way that fits the characters personalities. I don't think it'll be a good idea to repeat the fortBuilding scene in the five nights at Freddy's film. Now, its doesn't have to adapt everything at 100%. I do think the film will need a better opening than the one in the game, and make the ink demon more menacing than in the game (like an animalistic Jason Voorhees/Michael Myers). Maybe those are my tastes, but I think that the film should be as least practical as possible to better express the cycle's nature. Films like the upcoming IF, Lyle Lyle Crocodile and 2005's king Kong are what I'd go for in terms of how the less natural characters are shown. I also think the film should have a song to trademark it with, much like how it was with the FNAF film when it used the 1987 song: "talking in your sleep". In this case, the song should be "smile darn ya smile". I also have an idea for who some of the cast and crew should be: Themeatly-overseer, screenwriter and Wally franks Mike mood-overseer and thomas Connor Bookpast-screenwriter and jack fain Ralph Bakshi-director Melanie Martinez-composer Patrick Dempsey-henry stein J.K.
