Bloody hell Mihaela looked amazing, her snatches were crisp and fast and those C&Js just looked so strong. Props to Giulia for coming back for the save on her last snatch, but Mihaela opened a massive lead after the snatch and never slowed down. That was a fun watch.

usually 19mm (0.75") is appropriate. If one uses too much height, it tens to tip them forward too much. Working on ankle dorsiflexion would prove to be more beneficial than a taller heel.
