This...reminds me of a flash game on Newgrounds with a similar concepy. Epic Fantasy Battle? I don't remember, but you could beat bosses and summon them in other battles like this and they would be at their full power with the same abilities, etc. The one special mission I was never able to win was one with a tiny orange goblin that would one-shot everything.

Tip: don't spend catfood. You can get cat food from catfood slots or from legend stages with the 10 free cat food each day or something.

You are already good at making enemies and private units for yourself, however, each unit must always have a unique function, and you create enemies that cannot be defeated even with the original units of the game, and you force us to use a category higher to defeat the enemies, and that destabilizes the game, since the majority of enemies are supposed to be killed by the original units and others that are custom (that is, yours) but the function you add is so sudden that It would be almost impossible to guess with which unit to kill those enemies, (I know that this mod is private) but it is just an example, because you get too excited about adding new units and enemies with such a broken power.
