The Battle of Soui Tre, III Corps, South Vietnam, March 19-21, 1967 

Michael Doolittle spent twenty months in South Vietnam. The focus of this discussion is the Battle of Soui Tre, March 19-21, 1967. The battle came in the context of Operation Junction City in Tay Ninh Province, near the Cambodian border. Over this three-day period, more than 50 U.S. soldiers were killed in combat or died from wounds.
