Yeah, I even live in Hawaii and for years I tried to go to the beach and enjoy the ocean until one day I had this epiphany and was like "this sucks." The ocean makes me exhausted, the sand is disgusting and gets in the car, sunburn, threat of smash and grab is continuous, it's not refreshing it's an ordeal every second you are there. Nighttime is nicer because of no UV13 cancer ball in the sky but you have to have a death wish to go there at night. ... lol 😂

The beach is nice for like 2 hours 😂😂😂 we have a rinse kit and we have towels that stay in the car for after the beach cleanup 😅 trash bag in the truck for wet clothes and towels

Baby powder. Baby powder removes sand waaaay better then a rinse kit. You don't even need that much

I live in Australia and going to the beach in America sounds fucking terrible because even there it's commercialised and really busy witu annoying people like everywhere else in America...my local beaches are clean and quiet filled with surfers and beautiful women

I agree the beach does suck! Even a great lake here in Michigan. The sand is a burden and it's always in the cooler or food. I'd rather be on a cruise ship to enjoy the view of the ocean.

THANK YOU! Jesus Christ I hate the beach. I live in LA too, and my wife is always trying to drag me down to Santa Monica to go to the beach. Like what the hell? I'm going to get filthy dirty, a sunburn, so I can look at a horizon full of water? How is this fun?

It's the people who drag all their gear to the beach who make it crappy. Speakers, tents, chairs, coolers...just sit at home. If you are bringing more than a towel and a surfboard, you are doing it wrong. Don't even get me started on the surf fishing people. Fish from a pier like civilized people!
