Im a big psychological nerd so i just wanted to share this insight, no hate to y’all i love your reactions!!! i think from the beginning when richie would talk about mikey you can tell he was really hurt, i think certain people including myself picked up on that very early on so i guess they expected y’all to also pick up on that being the reason he was super annoying but not everyone is able to pick up subtle things like that and i agree that a lot of those comments probably missed that too on their first watch but not everyone, which why the writers makes it more obvious later. Also with sydney, i don’t know if people were upset with y’all about this but the whole reason why she was being so mean was bc carmy was saying everything was ok with her accidentally serving her dish to the food critic when she could tell from his passive aggression that he was pissed at her so when the orders starting coming in, carmy brought up the dish and that was what annoyed her bc she was fine with taking responsibility about the order machine and was really mad that carmy was mad at her about something she had no control over, she didn’t know that man was a food critic so why did carmy being it up during the machine order issue, so all that + richy egging her on about the dish and implying she did serve the dish to the food critic on purpose really set her off. I don’t care about the richie thing bc it was more subtle but i thought the sydney situation was a lot more on carmy not being able to communicate his emotions in the kitchen, if you notice he really on does that when he is outside, like when he talked to sydney last season and also the marcus. Carmy is not a good leader in the kitchen he tries his best but he doesn’t know how to control his emotions which i think should be more recognized bc sydney got upset due to the lack of communication from carmy, that was the core issue.
@@PopJibberish 😭 I tried to avoid inputting my own opinions into that response, i just wanted to explain sydney’s way of thinking since yall were confused about why she was upset, the writers wouldn’t intentionally confuse the watcher or make a character act in a certain way for no good reason i don’t think that makes sense so i just wanted to explain what i believe the writers showed on purpose with her asking carmy multiple times if they were good about the dish and carmy saying “yes” and then carmy blowing up about the dish when things went wrong, that’s intentional, he was bothered about the dish..not sure if that is what you disagree about i just feel like people make the mistake of ignoring that main character, in this cause carmy, are supposed to be flawed but ppl excuse or ignore their flaws when watching, 😅
someone in the show says "L boy" If I'm not mistaken, and I just ran with it. BUT Yeah we call him Marcus for the rest of the show. Don't worry. I had the same issue while watching Cinepals when Michael and Kristen Were reacting to Arcane, and Michael kept calling "Silco" "Zaun." Drove me NUTS! So I GET it...trust me. 😅😅
