I just upgraded from a Mega S and noticed that the wires for the bed rise a little high and may catch on the back right corner of the bed. Have you noticed any wear on these cables after extended use?

May i know how u set yoir clearance setting in Cura to make those gear of your print wont jam together? And also can you share your support setting?

I just scaled down the model in Cura. It should work if you leave the model the correct size in the slicer.

Cura Slicer, but you can use many different ones.

Can you please help me. I just got my Mega X after seeing your video (thanks btw) and it just arrived with the print head loose. It wobbles up and down as the rollers don't seem right on the rail. I can't seem to find how to tighten them. Can you please tell or show how to do so? Thanks.

@@3DNow Thank you for the reply, but shortly after leaving the comment, I was messing with my printer and found that the bottom roller's cam nut (for the print head) wasn't installed correctly by AnyCubic durring construction and that's why I had no adjustment. Once I disassembled the printhead, and reinstalled the roller with cam nut correctly, I was able to use the included wrench and tighten up the printhead rollers to eliminate the play up and down. I made a video of my findings as well as a slight review of that mechanism. It'll probably be uploaded tonight or tomorrow sometime... However I am going to join your discord as I'm still unable to get the bed leveled correctly. I'm not sure if something is bent or if the bed is not completely flat all the way across, but when my print nozzle has paper thick clearance at all four corners it drags hard against the middle of the build plate. If I give it clearance in the middle, so it doesn't drag, Then the outside edges of the build plate have so much clearance that fillman is literally being dropped onto the plate as opposed to being squeezed on to it from the nozzle. Which causes major bonding issues and the first layer to be an improper height. If the item I'm printing is small enough that it only uses the center of the build plate, Then my prints turn out great. If they're larger, or start at an outside edge, like most do, Then the print will either fail or ends up warped badly...

White socket next to the SD slot put the blue cable in there and the USB end in your computer then use cura or whatever slicer software you prefer.

I'm surprised I find only positive reviews on this printer. Honestly, for me is PURE CRAP. I own it since months and it didn't produce a single good print. My ultrabase is concave, meaning that after leveling it on the sides, the nozzle stays too high at the centre of the bed. That means that big objects doesn't stick. I would really love to have your Cura 4.6 profile for PLA and try it.

Yeah I just sent this pos back. Has firmware issues which makes it not so reliable. Owned it for almost a month and had about 8-9 machine freezes with no auto resume function. Get your self an ender 3 pro 400xl and call it a day for a budget printer with massive build volume. Just what I used the refund for anyways.

great review. sold me on the decision to get the mega X on ebay paid $159.00 for it with free shipping, best decision ever, thanks for the great review I am 100% satisfied with my purchase thanks to your review. would love to see some mega X mod videos i already did the cable chain mod. thanks alot for this great review. B1G_Jano has a great review on this printer as well as a good setup
