I hate all the brakes they have added to the Beast,It isn't the same ride it used to be, Added brakes soon as you crest 1st lift hill,then another set before going into 1st right hand turn.New brakes after 2nd hill going into 1st helix tunnel,Train 3 is my favorite and seems to be the fastest train.
they gotta retrack some more of it i rode the voyage at holiday world which is who cedar fair works with now for wooden coasters and i have to tell you the voyage was what can i say I have always thought of it to be a good ride but this year.. LORD i got off there and didnt know where the hell i was one ride was all i got and im telling you its running FASTER than ever this year. I havent got to go on the beast due to the libtards that were running the park a couple years ago. but i will go back for haunt this year and get a night ride or two in.
This was my favorite roller coaster as a child, but I took my niece to Kings Island 2 seasons ago and it was extremely rough and painful to ride. It didn't use to be like that. I recall it being relatively smooth and it wasn't painful at all.
