Trying to recreate the Legendary Rodney Mullen line from the video "globe opinion" which came out in 2002. Even that this was 20 years ago it's still a tough challenge to land all of the tricks back to back like mullen did way back in the days. Enjoy the process.

Highly doubtful Rodney won't even give. Himself credit for the tricks he created he said. On a doc yh i created sum tricks and stuff but that doesn't matter he invented street skating well like all the older tricks for it

From what I’ve seen in a couple of documentaries on Mullen, he would just skate and skate and skate. The guys that were touring with him said that he would take off for hours. The muscle memory that he must have for most of his tricks is ridiculous at this point. He probably goes through the motions in his sleep😂 He will forever be the king of skateboarding

ohh i've done that once but its soo difficult for me :D never made a video on it though. Rodney once did that gaping a picnic table to another into manny again. That's still to this day next level :D

There's something extremely unique about his switch front side flip. It's almost delayed of sorts. Or quite possibly a late front side flip if that makes any sense. To me I guess that's what distinguishes it from the more traditional ones.

Ever since I found out who Rodney Mullen was via THPS2, I had always wondered why in the actual f**k more people weren't talking about him. Thank you for keeping him in the spotlight. as always my favorite videos to watch on this platform! for another trick challenge what about a semi flip with a fs 180 or a semi flip that spins 360 (semi laser) or another spectrum of tricks a switch or nollie double hard flip.

I think Haslam remains underrated as a historically god-tier skateboarder up there with few others, 100% the kind of guy that legends like Rodney and Daewon want to hang out with. The stuff he’s done is so Creative x Technical x Gnarly. He’s profoundly underrated.

just a note on the title: this isn’t a “2.0”. that suggests it’s a revised version of the original, which it replaces and makes obsolete/irrelevant. this is a “#2”, a new completely different thing that Doesn’t throw away the original.
