Truth out, 2 PAC was playing at being 'gangsta' but more importantly he was at best, an average rapper, with below average production 70% of the time. Very overrated.

TUPAC plan was to go into the belly of the beast and teach the lost one"s, to show them a better way. TUPAC never claim to be gangster...He wss a revolutionary rapper..
