I never saw The Fabs b4 at LAX but did catch them in 65 in San Diego (at the last added show) at Balboa Stadium. It was incredible. The band had a nice acid Byrd bath in Bel Air & met The King the day b4 & after the gig. The teenage girls ate the grass they ran over! I was 4 & a 1/2, watched it thru binoculars & remember it like yesterday.
These are four guys from Liverpool and they behave like they would if chatting in a pub debunking everything. All of them in that town do that - anybody saying something pretentious or stupid gets deflated. I think this was their appeal. The U.S. especially were not accustomed to stars who didn't have a special public face. Even Elvis called anybody over 35 ''Sir''.

The Beatles were treated in the Philippines exactly the same way they would have been treated in any hispanic place on Earth! When Paul said they were just waiting for you to fight back and they’d gang up on you it rings so true about how they fight. Only when they have you out numbered two, three or more to one. Then they’re soooo brave! And today look who they’re letting in by the Millions!
I read they supposedly snubbed an invitation from Amelia Marcos (not sure on the spelling) which was taken out of context in my opinion. The Beatles didn’t get the invitation until the last minute and I think that’s why they turned it down. Philippinos don’t take kindly to one of their own being snubbed, and that’s why the Beatles were treated so badly when they left. Please feel free to correct me
@@MeeMee-gz5vp The Beatles were very polite and thanked them for the invitation but explained that they were very tired and needed the rest. Imelda Marcos was not accustomed to being told no, took it as an insult and the unwarranted childish behavior began.

This , and that , together will ensure an overall outcome . The nicest thing to happen is about to occur . I know this. Its a fact . Moreover , there is a straight road , and many bent roads , twisting , turning , swerving , meandering , wiggling along into secret vistas , magical worlds , and mystical realms .
