Can you imagine that ! :) to answer your question the layers will be graded the more you go up the better but the people of Jannah wont feel jealousy or greed because there will be no negative feelings in Jannah, & everyone will be satisfied & pleased wherever Allah puts him, & people can visit each others by going up to meet them, when it comes to number 7 you mentioned, its not about Jannah its about the 7 samawats or Skies, we live in the 1st one & above the 7th one is the throne of Allah thats the difference :) May Allah guide us & grant us the highest Jannah, Al Firdaous. Each man will have two wives from among al-hoor al-‘iyn, the marrow of whose calves can be seen from beneath the bone and flesh.” (Narrated by al-Bukhaari, no. 3014) If each man will at least have two wives in Paradise, then simple maths dictates that the number of women will be at least double the number of men.

This is best reward for you; for all the efforts, sacrifices, and suffering you do as a muslim.The fact that there is an in depth-description of what the "houris" will look like, to excite men, and an emphasis on the partners you will have in Paradise; all show that paradise is "the wet dream" of desert dwelling men from 1400 years ago. It is eternity- the first 100 years may be fun, the first 1000 years may get a bit dull and the first 10000+ years would be depressing. You would have already done everything.

Sahih Bukhari 4:54:430 If you do something that changed the fate Allah made for you,then Allah would not be Omniscient. Because nothing happens except by Allah’s will, all human beings are created only according to Allah’s will. Because Allah is omniscient, Allah knows the eventual fate of every person even before the moment of their creation. Because Allah has free will, he has the free will to create or not create any human being he chooses. Therefore, at the moments of creation, Allah is choosing to create some people that he already knows will be saved, and others that he already knows will be condemned to hell. Therefore, since the results of every lifetime are already known even prior to creation, the “test” for salvation is already complete even before the created individual is born. It really does not help that there are verses like these Yusuf Ali: If it had been thy Lord's will, they would all have believed,- all who are on earth! wilt thou then compel mankind, against their will, to believe! No soul can believe, except by the will of Allah, and He will place doubt (or obscurity) on those who will not understand.
