Join Anthony & myself for a ride along the @SevernValleyRailwayOfficial just after Christmas on 27/12/2023.
My first time with steam on the SVR and it was wonderful.
We started off with the Standard 4 from Kidderminster-Bridgenorth and back to Arley.
Then the class 40 Arley-Kidderminster
A quick stop off in the model shop (Footplate Models)
Then back at it, with a trip behind S160 Omaha Kidderminster-Highley before 40106 brang us back home.
A fantastic day out that i recommend to anybody. Its a beautiful railway with challenging gradients.
