@@sheikhaannisaOh oh oh 🙋🏻‍♀️ I love answering this question, Morphe, who was Jeffree Star Cosmetic’s only associate retailer (meaning only they and Jeffree could sell the brand, and since Jeffree didn’t have in person stores at the time they were the only ones selling it in person) made a dumb move and pulled their contract with Jeffree Star (presumably after the drama with Shane’s past being brought up again in 2020, they also later pulled a few other social media influencer brands) resulting in the products being taken off the shelves and the sales for Morphe tanking 66%, or around $32 million as of January of this year. Morphe is now reportedly closing all stores in the US and filing for bankruptcy instead of still being the only other retailer of Jeffree Star. Guess this is why we stay true to our friends.

rewatching that scene i noticed how much power shane had because originally when he first said “FIX IT” the guy on the computer told them “cool can we please do that right now,” as in booting the kids off but then shane continued and said how we arent kicking kids off the site bc there’s literally someone in a hospital trying to buy it. and then that guy immediately said oh nevermind 😂 and had the audacity to tell shane not to apologize for yelling as if he agreed with him that nobody should be kicked off when in reality he immediately changed his reaction after hearing shane. i know he was bouta to boot them kids lol but they were ready to do whatever shane said

Recent is weeks or months ago not YEARS. 1-2 years ya ok. But 5+? Ya no. The internet has changed ‘humor styles’ so many damn times it ain’t even funny. A lot of ‘humor’ back then was awful. But it was what LITERALLY EVERYONE was posting. Dark, shitty, disturbing humor was funny to 90% of people even up to 5-6 years ago. Is that shit acceptable NOW? Fuck no. But u can’t completely blame the creator for following social norms AT THAT TIME. Their content and views on it grow with everyone else. He knows it was stupid and wrong af.
