This was one of my few purchases at Hamvention this year (2022) and I couldn't wait to try it out! Here is a little demo and tour of the Adventure and the mounting bracket for the IC-705 rig. Of course, another very well made machine, and with a couple of things to keep in mind, this is a great compliment to the Icom 705!

Nice review of the Begali Adventure! I picked one up at Dayton -- along with the radio to mount on it ;-) -- and have had a sweet time doing POTA &c with it. Beautiful key. (I'm one of those essential tremor sufferers and Piero's keys are the only thing I can use any more. And yes, I was surprised that I could wrap my wobbly paws around the Adventure's mini size paddles.) The Adventure & the IC-705 are a great combo! 73 de W8IJN

Don't know if you're still here, but I am less steady in my older age and cheaper keys make it very difficult to send accurately, I am looking for real solid, predictable, action. My Bencher is OK, but my portable keys are really not very good for my pota/sota ops. It sounds like this might be worth the investment for me. Do you have any thoughts on this?

@@user-zm1ph1vq9n Yeah. I have tried some of the cheaper ones too. They work as long as my meds work ;-) If you get to Dayton Hamvention, stop by the Begali booth for a chat.

The Begali Aventure has a mount for the KX2 as well. This is a nce setup for the key.

Looks very well designed and made of robust materials. Quality and cost are often linked very closely, so it is understandable being costly. Money well spent and 100% satisfaction guaranteed i guess. Thank you for a great video. M0DSK
