12 year ago I had my first mental breakdown and the conversation of bipolar entered my life and it was the beginning of everything changing. 7 years ago at this time I entered a 8 month season of suffering the worst of my mental struggles. The climax of this hard time ended with me overdosing myself and ending up in a coma.
I survived and my life has never been the same ever since. I believe part of my purpose is to speak life and hope into those who are you struggling. This is my story and I hope you can find courage and hope in the midst of whatever darkness you are facing. I have found that with a little but of vulnerability one can make a huge impact.
I started Louder Now which is a podcast and source of content to keep this conversation of mental illness going. If you are someone that feels lost and hopeless please find someone you can talk to.
I have some people to thank for helping me put this project together and sources of hope for my life.
