Always invest in that’s is similar to each other .. I made millions off dollars from my company from people that are not diverse.. diverse culture in my business caused problems @nd too m@ny differences.. we at this corporation love similar ideas and no diversity…

If you're flying on a plane do want a pilot with the highest qualifications regardless of skin color flying the plane or do you want a pilot that is less qualified that was hired mainly based on skin color or sexual identity? I think the NBA needs more diversity....hahaha--qualifications not skin color or gender.

There’s problematic framing with this statement. First, you can’t assume diverse candidates are less qualified. In fact, they may be more capable than those currently in the pilot seat. The purpose of DEI is to increase access to opportunity, not to deny a certain segment of the population roles. Ensure everyone has access to the industry, to mentors, to training, and to applications, and then pick the best candidates. Second, I would absolutely want people with diverse lived experiences in leadership roles in the flight deck. Diverse perspectives, experiences, and thinking produces greater creativity and innovation, and as long as mutual respect is in the environment, the plane will likely be operated in a more safe manner.
