My brother found a wireless adapter that works with the Nintendo Switch (though a PS4 controller should just be able to connect to a PC via Bluetooth without an adapter).

Hey Austin, you really need to bring back the *"Hey guys, this is Austin"* intro. I know you stopped it because it wasn't inclusive and only welcomed "the guys" but c'mon let's be real here. People often use the term "guys" to refer to a group of people, regardless of their sex/gender. Please bring back the iconic intro, it'd be great.

Oh look, something I own that showed up on mystery tech 😂 The switch dongle works great, i actually use it for my PS3 so I can use a PS4 controller since good condition PS3 controllers are rare.

You can connect it with the cable to the ps3 and it will work. Only thing won't work is the playstation button so if that dongle makes that button work continue using it .

@@Andre217 yeah you can connect it without the adapter, but that's why I got the adapter listed. It was kind of fiddly to setup as per Brennan, but once it was done it was paired with the dongle it can be unplugged and plugged back in when needed.

I’ve been using a MayFlash Adapter for sometime and I’ve never had any issues with it. I’ve been using it exclusively with a corded Xbox One Controller though, so maybe Bluetooth to PS4 Controller is different. Either way I’d recommend you guys do additional testing before throwing something away lol.

The Mayflash adapter works perfectly fine. You have to enable wired pro controllers in the settings and make sure the adapter is on the proper mode for switch. on mine the color is purple.

That magic-NS adapter is actually really good. You would have had to enable switch pro controller wired communication for it to work. As well as making sure the dongle was flashing either red or purple.

If Austin can listen to me. You have to turn on wired controller support for the switch. To make the ps4 controller to connect. The reason being is that the adapter tricks the switch into thinking its a wired controller

The Mayflash is amazing. You're trashing it because you didn't read the instructions, didn't update the stick and didn't open the controller settings on the Switch (You need to activate wired controller support and then connect it to the console)

Austin the adapter for the switch did not work cuz you did not turn on a setting on the switch which allows it it to work. Go to controller settings and turn on wired controller communication something to work
