I’m so fortunate that I too have spent time in Tuscany (not enough time) and seeing your experience there had me thinking that if I could live my life over again, it would be there in that region! I am so overjoyed you shared that you're Celiac and what it’s been like to eat gluten free in Italy because my boyfriend has to eat gluten free, but I am a big foodie who loves Italian food. We were in this same area 3 years ago. try the train to Cinque Terra. It is so breathtakingly beautiful. Do a hike and try the old mans homemade vino at the end of the trail

I had noticed in previous videos that you avoided bread - I had no idea that you were coeliac Fin! I’ve always been worried about going to Europe (I’m from Australia) with coeliac disease and how I would be able to get food and how much I would be missing out on. The fact that you can do all these amazing things and go to all these amazing places gives me such hope! Thank you! Maybe a small video or Instagram story about how you manage a restrictive diet while traveling? Would be soooo helpful.

Aw that’s wonderful! I’m recording a “everything you ever wanted to know about pet travel” video this month! Just double check airlines for your flight, although pets are allowed to travel transatlantically, not all airlines allow it. We used Iberia Miami-Madrid because it was a short route ☺️
