I really recommend the smaller Ticket to Ride games (London, San Francisco, Amsterdam, New York) They run quicker, and great for a little gaming before bed.
Great games! You've listed a few that me and wife enjoy as 2-player games as well (Carcassonne is actually her favorite :) ). Suggesting a few more: Azul My City Schotten Totten (+ ST2) Fantasy Realms Port Royal Keltis: Der Weg Der Steine Mitbringspiel Royal Visit Hanamikoji Conspiracy: Abyss Universe Jaipur Kariba The Fox In The Forest The Little Prince: Make Me A Planet Five Tribes Axio Dragon Master Chartae
My wife and I are always looking for more 2 player games to play! thanks for the recommendations. Lost Cities is an amazing 2 player game! I would recommend either Fox in the Forest Duet, or Forbidden Island, if you want to try some games where both players work together to beat the game, rather than facing off against each other. Those games can be nice to release some tension. I look forward to picking up Patchwork and giving it a try. You gained a subscriber as well! keep up the good work.
Definitely going to check out Fox in the Forest, Forbidden Island is already part of our collection 😀 Thank you very much for your kind words, it's much appreciated!
@@hannekerd My Wife and I picked up the Christmas edition of Patchwork at out local game store a week ago and have played it a bunch since then! Thanks again!
since you like Lost Cities, you'd probably also like Battle line. It's a game where you're playing cards on your side of a line trying to create a stronger set of three than your opponent so that you can claim the flag. I also like Mandala. Kingdomino plays well with two also.
We actually ordered Jaipur, very excited to try! 😀 And Port Royal we have, but somehow I haven't gotten into it yet 😅 Will look into Hero Realms, thank you for the tip!
