Definitely one of the best fleshed out characters from Demon Slayer. I might hold off to see if he gets something a little more dynamic, but this is for sure a clean looking figure!
Had to email them about a figure not being sent, but they got it fixed for me (Portgas D Ace - Megahouse). They just shipped the Uzui Tengen Revolve 1/8 scale to me.
For the US, no unless it's a really big amount I think. I've had orders below $1000 with no additional costs. If the orders are too big or you're a business, there are costs. Check your country's laws for what the costs are.
