There were some superb games on the Amiga. Speedball 2, Wings, Lemmings, IK+, It Came from the Desert 1-, TV Sports Basketball are only some of them. @@Andrew_Erickson

Wow. Every game you listed here were my favourite games/soundtrack.. battle squadron was the first game I ever saw play on the amiga and when I heard the voice I was blown away.. only a mere 30 years ago lol.. great list, excellent selection.
7:30 - makes me more nostalgic than anything from the Shamen or 2Unlimited ever could! I drove a mini at the time. well. The only thing it had in common with the Lotus was that they're both British.
Pinball fantasies has one of the best, its like a slow burn one, its really really long, and i think like three songs mixed together. go like oh the song is about to end, no other song is about to start.
7:25 i remember extracting the audio samples from Lotus Spirit 2 and here, in the right channel you can hear.. "you not copy this game" hahaha great subliminal memories..
Correct. In the third audio track after some seconds, there is the sample called "samp" saying "You will not copy the game". I think... it didn't help, but a great easter egg. And a very awesome game music theme
As a tribute to a Gods of Game Music Composers this is my TOP10: Honorable Mentions: Gods, Syndycate, Walker, Speedball II, Lemmings, Cannon Fodder 10. Silkworm 9. Alien Breed SE 8. Lotus II 7. Formula One Grand Prix 6. Flashback 5. Agony 4. Pinball Dreams/Fantasies 3. Lost Patrol 2. Shadow of the Beast I, II & III . . . . . 1. Turrican II
That was a good move starting with IK+.. the soundtrack really got me in the mood to break some concrete plates with my head.. loved dialling you the speed and the opponents.. great game on the c64 and the Amiga.
Amiga was the best, commodore always put amazing sound chips in their computers, love the sound of the C64 also great stuff. Thank's Excellent Video :o)
Shadow of the beast 3 music is not found so often as the others in this list. Thanks a lot for including the intro; it is truly beautiful, sad, creepy, and suddenly full of melancholic hope ( I am a bit sad this second part was cut to include one of the levels' one :p )
Bitmap Brothers always had the best music. I think they were in the same building as Rhythm King Records... Which leads me to ask - how can Xenon 2 be missing from this list?!!
I remember the first time I got black belt in ik+, Freaking insane !!! What show was there when the guy jumped out of the game? I always thought that was soo cool... couse nI was playing the same game.
Nope, I remember that :D I even ripped the samples from that tune and used for mine. BTW it's here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-9KhP7MlIu4o.html
Good video but i can tell you right away four games that have better music than 80% of the games in your vid.: 1. Lost Patrol 2. Elvira 3. Shadow of the Beast 4. Body Blows
Hmm in my opinion compilation is missing Dylan Dog - Queen of darkness game music, Dune (1992)music. And Cannon Fodder intro tune 😊 Apart from that almist spit on list.
That is weird, your Turrican 3 music sounds nothing like the Turrican 3 music......ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-lrAJuK7xj2A.html. Which sounds far better....then up pops the turrican 2 title screen, but the music is also not from Turrican 2,. Something odd going on there.
