Tracers bomb is definitely c or d tier, you can miss it so easily and even if you do stick a target there’s no guarantee kill. If I stick Tracer’s pulse bomb I want that enemy to die that’s it.
@@boringmonkey6958 Exactly. Kiriko just ruins characters like Junker Queen, who's entire kit involves putting dmg effects on the enemy that Kiriko can just negate with a button
@Mariah Seriously. I, personally, find Junker Queen incredibly fun to play as... And then Kiriko comes along and bullies the hell out of me for daring to play an off meta hero. How on Earth the Devs think Suzu is a perfectly fine mechanic is beyond me. It either needs a longer cooldown OR it needs to be changed so that Kiriko has to be proactive with it rather than both proactive AND reactive. If the Devs want to have a hero that can counter almost any ability in the game with the click of a button, PLEASE at least make it require some thought process and decision making. You should only be able to Suzu to PREVENT a status effect from being placed on Kiriko and her team, she shouldn't be able to use her Suzu after the fact. Make the Kiriko have to time her Suzu like she does when using it against a Dva Bomb for example. Nothing more lame than using your Ult as JQ and Kiriko comes around the corner AFTERWARDS and says "nope lemme undo that". Such BS design.

I think something people don’t realize is that ultimate charge rate matters a lot for dps. Phara and tracer ult are actually pretty good because of how fast they charge and you can get an easy solo ult kill which often times straight up wins you the fight and you get them nearly every fight.
i mostly use barrage to cut down 1-2 support or a tank. before fight happen. its a lot safer and survivable than aiming for 3-5 heads barrage. and its almost guarantee team fight win.
mei i think is pretty slept on especially since orisa is good at the moment. not only is it good for punishing teams without kiriko but you can bait out suzu with blizzard and follow up with terra surge to not only pull them back in to it but also still get some of them frozen.
I got lucky on my first game as her this morning. I changed from my usual Sombra to Mei and went ice berg on the point when it was 4v2 and they ignored me so I ended it early and popped a freeze. Me and the Moira cleared the point and after that they never touched it to move the payload
I don’t really think teams without kiriko exist, but yeah I think you can make some strong ults with it. Kiriko in general makes the game less enjoyable zzz
problem with mei ult is that there are way too many heroes in the game that can get out of it and it only freezes no movement characters like ana zen etc

If you really can't understand why Kiriko, by design, is horribly boring to play against, then you don't understand the fundamentals of overwatch (or game balance in general) and should therefore, take your shit take to Reddit, the OW subreddit is full of disabled smooth brain supports who think they're god's gift. Sojourn is the best dps and ramattra is the best tank and as a sojourn/ramattra main this is the best season Overwatch has ever had. Should honestly revert sojourns nerfs though they gutted her way too much she was fine on release
Bob depending on how and when its used is either C or S tier. Seriously a good Bob ult can very easily be game winning IF the right conditions are met.

echo ult is s-tier because echo ult is sojourn ult, but also make it double when your sojourn also ults at the same time, double one shot with a valk mercy pocket
If anything it’s gonna make it stronger cuz a lot of rams like to counter ult when echo copies, now they’ll be on a time limit as well and can’t just stall out echos copy
Don't understand why mei ult is bad. Outside of cleansing it, it's really annoying. Her kit punishes people for being split or overextended from the team, her ult punishes you for being grouped up
Bastion Ult deserves higher. While it can't get you a big clip, the speed buffs make it so you get 1 or 2 consistent kills. Before the start of a team fight, that can be huge.
Good sym ult can shut any pressure from enemy team and it stays up fairly long, it's also global so if you know how points are situated you can help your team from spawn. I would say it's A and sometimes S depending in the map.
Sym ult is so good now that there is one tank. The game now holds space by kills, and you can’t really get killed through sym wall. So sym wall just lets your team walk at them
I would say pharah ult is B or C tier minimum. It's great for solo kills or when Squishies stray too far from their tank without killing you, which happens a lot. I sometimes even leave tanks alive longer so I can solo ult them, staggering respawn times and slowing the next push. It's just hard to get value with her ult against a hypervigilent enemy, which is most of your enemies if you're good
I'd argue on Bastion, Hanzo, and Mei's ultimate. I would put Hanzo in B tier because it can create space/area denial. Not to the extent of Junkrat, so mid to low B tier. Bastion I would say is at least C tier, but to me is B tier (debatable, but not useless like Widow's and can apply pressure compared to Cassidy's). If you use it on the enemy backline and not spam shot it, it can pick targets fast. Even if you can't hit an enemy because they moved, its because they were forced to move and causing pressure from losing position advantage. Best targets would be low mobility heroes like Ana and heroes who need positioning (Widow). Again, it's not crazy, but it isn't D tier. Mei is C tier. It's area denial, which can help when defending the point or payload. If the enemy has suzu to help them escape, they still have to worry about the globe (unless Suzu was used as soon as people were frozen), or if they were Orisa with Fortify. It's basically a lower damaging reaper ultimate that can be used a small distance away and can freeze enemies *edit: said bed tier instead of B tier for Hanzo lol*
Pharah ult is definitely C teir, it’s ok providing you can get a good angle, and you can definitely melt grouped up squishes or the enemy tank if you get the right angle on it, but your so vulnerable while using it…
And if you sneak up on the team from behind, Cassidy can get you some pretty good kills. Just today, I snuck up on some people and got a 4 kill POTG with that ult.

Echo ult is definitely on top of A probably mid S just being able to have access to the ability and ults of the enemy is insane and if they have fight winning ult you got the fight winning ult then
I disagree with the bastion ult. The ult is much better than cassidy ult after the speed buff I catch a lot of players with it even in master/gm rank. The ultimate is also benefits from mercy damage boost so it can almost miss entirely, and still result in an elim on lower mobility heroes like zen, ana, and widow as examples.
I disagree with d teir for a different reason. I simply dont think people know how to fully utilize it yet, as 99% of people spam all three shots in one go

I'd say cass's ult is at least C when you pop it the enemy team is gonna start backing away and if you're on point then you can win the game from using cass ult even if it doesn't kill anyone.
As a genji main, I hate how loud his ult is, I can be on top of a building jumping down, and once I use my ult every player knows my location, and target me, its quite annoying.
Mcrees ult: can team kill without ult boost *or* distracts the team or makes them solo ult Genji ult:sucky sword go shiny shing-oh no nano boost! *dies in .5 seconds*
... genji ult is good with nano boost. He can easily dive into backlines with his team's help can wipe out all dps and support. Leaving the tank against 3-5 people
symmetra’s A tier, puts her in S tier when both of those are way too high for a simple wall that’s invincible for 10 seconds, junk rat tire is basically a win/potg button bc people are stupid and can’t ever hit it and the radius on it is phenomenal
Putting widow in D tier shows they don’t know what they’re taking about. Also mei’s ult is really strong, the slow is enough to secure kill and you can force a suzu from the Kiriko or wait for her to use it. It’s not nulled just by having Kiriko, there are ways around it. Also Junk’s ults isn’t A tier, maybe in casual but in higher ranks people Can easily destroy it
Bastion ult is good Everytime I use it I prioritize healers with it just need to know when to use it and if you have a Moira and/ kiriko it is easy to predict where they teleport to. Kirikos usually will go to tank or whoever is the closest but 9 times out of ten they will go to tank since they figure bastion won’t waste it on the tank. Moira just make a little triangle that over laps slightly and you will hit her possibly eliminate
Sojourns ult is only S tier in the right hands. Whereas reaper and junkrat can be great at clearing whole teams or even just picking off the supports from lower elo games all the way to higher elo. But they're definitely more easily countered in high skill lobbies
Widowmaker is at least c, it doesn’t have insane reward like sojourn but there’s literally 0 risk using it and it makes you close to uncontestable in 1v1s

Mei’s ult is the most clutch ult in the game and you can’t change my mind. When the enemy team has the payload almost at the end and you freeze everyone and kill the entire team. Her ult is at least A tier
i would put mei in either A or S even. people dont wanna be in that bubble shit so if its overtimes on payload you can throw it onto the middle of the payload and literally everybody either runs way or freezes to death
I think widow deserves to be a bit higher. The info you get can be huge, the prefire advantage when enmities rentre the fight, and it’s time length can cause a longer stall before the enemy team reengages.
@@dragonboy4800 It s Always been bad compared to other ulti, and now we got soujurn that turns in widow with ulti without efforts, so yeah, i stopped maining widow, especially in comp. She needs too much time skilling compared to everyone else, i m Just a casual player now so i ll Stick to other dps.
Are you new by any chance bc Mei and Hanzo can be devistating with good location knowledge Bastions ult can be better with the right combos (shatter, grab) or if it’s used in the right spots, like a choke, so I would say C, potentially B Also Syms ult is good but not broken as it’s easy to walk thru
