I'm glad I watched this, I was looking into getting one and I had no idea they had plans for a newer Snapdragon so I'll most likely wait until I see more from Ayaneo about that. Thank you.
New subscriber. Great video. This video showed up as I've been watching a few videos about the Pocket Air which I bought a few weeks ago. It's been a great device for me and although the Pocket S would have made more sense, I went with this as it was much less expensive and I was able to get it locally(I live in Australia).
@@tgm.nabam101 big chance it won't come out in december, Ayn is notorious for coming out much later than expected so it will be somewhere in 2024 for sure.
wow a reply, that's awesome mate, respect! Now to be fair, that's exactly what I said in the video too... so we are in agreement - if an 8 gen 2 or higher exists (regardless of if its the odin 2 or pocket s), the pocket air is obselete... why I dont recommend it tho I like it
@@IAGamingYes , that's why it's 300 usd and not 700usd like the ROG ALLY. You can use your phone as well, but it'll throttle. Have to purchase large controller or expensive controller. Also no Android phone has OLED+High end chip like D1200 under 300 usd.
@@DeepteshLovesTECH Android platform is still underutilized by gaming studios.Itsbbetter to play with smartphone rather than having separate device which will have same os. If u wanna level up then surely u need to move on from Android.
@@DeepteshLovesTECHd1200 isnt that high end anymore, you get the rebranded 1200 known as 8050 for 21k, infinix gt 10 pro, and for 25k theres poco f5..this is only really just for big battery and cooling.
Most people just want gc and ps2 emulation with no issues. This will be fine for most. And idk why people want switch on this when most have a switch lol. But i guess that nicer display with the games and maybe 60fps i guess would be nice. But we have switch 2 on the wat.
For me, I'd have interest in being able to gather all my games into one place, including Switch, and since the Switch isn't powerful enough to do Gamecube or PS2 emulation (and their membership NES, SNES, N64, and Gameboy emulators are a complete waste of money, given their library and lack of (meaningful) expansion since launch) I'd much rather something like this. Given my disappointment in the library for the Nintendo Switch already, I have no plans on getting a Switch 2 (or whatever the next gen is), but would be happy to wait to be able to just get second hand carts and rip the games off when an emulator eventually launches for that as well.
lol if you don't like it, don't follow it... there's a reason for handhelds success and why people like it... how about you take a minute and ask why? I mean crap all over a video mate... but at least put in the effort to come up with something better than "I don't think this is for me, so its all nonsense"
