The Best Angel Commander

Love the build new to the deck building world so seeing a cool deck like this is awesome

this deck is designed for failure as in keeping track of all the +1/+1. I don't think I have enough dice for this.

So overall I really like this deck but I am worried in a more competitive playgroup this deck might be to slow with such a high CMC. Here are a few cards you might want to consider to help lower your CMC: Serra Avenger: (W)(W); 3/3 Flying, Vigilance can’t cast on your first three turns. This is a strong low costed angel. Angel of Vitality: (2)(W); 2/2 flying, gets +2/+2 as long as you have 25 or more life and whenever you would gain life gain that much life +1. Since you have so many abilities that gain you life in this deck don’t sleep on how powerful getting one extra life each time can be. Plus, most games you’re getting a 4/4 flying for 3 mana. Halo Fountain: (2)(W); what makes this card so strong is the second ability, “(W)(W) (tap): Untap two tapped creatures, draw a card.” This will give you card advantage and allow you to untap two of your bigger threats plus it really works well with Speaker of the Heavens giving you an extra angel each turn. Also the first ability can make you a steady supply of chump blockers if necessary. “(W)(tap), untap a tapped creature you control; create a 1/1 green white citizen creature. Steel Seraph: Prototype: (1)(W)(W); 3/3 flying. At the beginning of combat on your turn target creature you control gains your choice of flying, vigilance, or lifelink until end of turn. This is strong because it is a 3/3 angel on turn 3 which can give your biggest threat lifelink or vigilance depending on what’s more relevant. Angelic Field Marshal: (2)(W)(W); Flying, lieutenant - as long as you control your commander Angelic Field Marshal gets +2/+2 and all your creatures have vigilance. A 5/5 flying for 4 mana is already strong but throw in that she gives your whole team vigilance, and she makes for a really strong card. Together Forever: When Together Forever enters the battlefield support 2. (1): choose target creature with a counter on it. When that creature dies this turn return that card to its owner’s hand. Since almost all your angels are going to have +1/+1 counters on them this is a really good way to recover from a board wipe Pyre of Heroes: (2) (tap); Sacrifice a creature; search your library for a creature card that shares a creature type with the sacrificed creature and has converted mana cost equal to 1 plus that creature converted mana cost. Put that card onto the battlefield. This artifact will allow you to basically trade up one of your angels each turn with another angel in the deck. Lastly two cards that I think would be strong in this deck are: Serra’s Emissary: (4)(W)(W)(W)(W); 7/7 Flying, as Serra’s Emissary enters the battlefield choose a card type. You and creatures you control have protection from the chosen card type. Most games you will choose creatures making your whole board unblockable and effectively making all your creatures immune to combat damage. Most games when she comes down you should be winning that turn or at very list knocking one of your opponents out that turn. Mutavault: land (tap) add (1), (1): Mutavault becomes a 2/2 creature with all creature types until end of turn. Mutavault has a really cool combo with The Book of Exalted Deeds where you turn your Mutavault into a creature then use The Book of Exalted Deeds second ability to put an enlightened counter on Mutavault (since Mutavault now counts as an angel). At the end of the turn Mutavault turns back into a land but still keeps the enlightened counter meaning as long as your Mutavault is out you can’t lose the game and none of your opponents can win the game.

Im relatively new to MTG I think I'm going to my second year and I love it, when I saw Giada font of hope spoiled I immediately started the build on paper for my first mono 🤍 commander deck and angels 😇 love it mine have a different build than yours

Just the artifact list was incredible!!...definitely going to put most of those in my Edgar EDC 🖤✨🔱✨

One card if you want to focus on life gain as win condition is test of endurance, other cards steel seraph,sublime archangel, thraben watcher, Serra paragon, angelic arbiter, mine have some tax creatures ramp and draw, Cathar's crusade, the ozolith, endless atlas aura of silence, magus of the moat, suture priest, grand abolisher, keeper of the accord for example.

It's pronounced Jiada I think, at least, it's the Italian version of Jade and in Italian I'd pronounce it that way.
