Very helpful to have a diagram of every exercise, showing what muscle groups are being worked by each exercise, and I can do these while following along with the video, initially.

Im so happy to have found this channel. I do these exercises every other day and have noticed the difference. Love that it shows muscles targeted, and timer.

Just found this site...love it.....had lumbar back surgery 4 yrs ago....and then breast cancer.....brain bleed.....I've been terrified to do too much...74 and gonna give this a shot....❤

God, I'm dyslexic. I thought this said withOUT dumbbells. But I have and use weights so I like it. Love how you show what muscles are being worked. Great animation, thanks!
