Have been doing most of these exercises for 4 weeks now. Have seen a big difference. Hoping this translates into longer driving distances with my golfing. Incidentally, I'm 81 years old and they are definitely helping. I'm using 7 1/2, 10, and 12 1/2 lb weights for my upper body and arms

I love this. However bit confused. After each exercise and is says rest 60 secs....that means I have to keep going to the laptop to stop and start....or am I missing something ????.
I love these videos, but Im confused. Can somebody please tell me how the system works. Should I just do the video one time or am I supposed to somehow repeat each exercise so it is more like doing reps and sets. Sorry, Im new to this and somewhat confused. I am used to doing sets & reps at the gym. thanks in advance.
