I do entire right side then entire left side.
1. 12 leg lifts
2. 12 hamstring curls
3. 12 pulses at 90 degrees
4. 12 diamond kicks
5. 12 rainbows
6. 12 “kick the ceiling” with flexed foot
7. 12 inner thigh lifts
8. 12 side crunch and lift with hand weight
