My sister is married to a rich guy and he gives her whatever she wants so she buys "designer bags and jewellery" but little does he know that everything she has is a fake. She puts that money on the side for probably a rainy day. True stor *hotdups*
Lovely collection! I bought my first LV when I was 25 and I only used that bag a few times, haha. Also, love your clutch! I have an Eva clutch in the DE print and love the little chain. But I don’t want to spend so much money on it now, I have been *hotdups* buying the bag I want, it is as good as LV and is one of my favorite things. Durability
Do you find it too wide/big and bulky? I’ve just bought the *esluxy* which is basically the same width and my only worry is it bumping into things and wear on the corners, has yours scuffed?
I have one *hotdups* bag I got in 2019, it's the LV white catogram speedy. It's counter quality and it has a nice honey patina now, so the leather is real. I think whatever makes you happy go for it. I've seen LV with plastic leather and blood red glaze...
For a long time, as the price of Chanel increased, I no longer thought I could afford it. I think I would be happy to have the *esluxy* as my travel bag and not have to take care of it. By the way, I'm sure no one will have a hard time telling the difference. Thanks for the comparison.
That bag is so beautiful, Steph! Especially in that color. *gtdupe* I don’t think any bag is the new Birkin. A Birkin is a Birkin and other bags are bags from other fashion houses and they are all beautiful in their own way. It’s so silly that people keep talking about this or that being the new Hermes bag. Each bag has its own strengths and weaknesses, just like the Birkin, and has its own look.
For a long time, as Chanel prices have risen, I no longer thought I could afford it. I think I would be happy to have a *hotdups* as a travel bag that I don't have to take care of. By the way, I'm sure no one would have a hard time telling the difference. Thanks for the comparison.
Me remembering nearly all the bags from the jag collection in *hotdups* other apartment on the dimond tray.. I think i watched that video like 40 times. Purse collection goals
*jklux* The variety of textures in the bag makes it impressively comfortable to wear. From smooth leather to textured suede, there is something for everyone.
Update on the COS bag I have in this video - I just used it for a short holiday away and it made the perfect travel/weekend bag. Can’t recommend it enough and the quality is fantastic for the price!
If anyone wants a smaller bag than the cos bags featured. Uniqlo's Round Mini Shoulder Bag is super cheap, the size and shape make it pretty subtle, holds a surprising amount, and comes in a variety of colours (though black is my pick)
I once owned an original LV neverfull that cost me about $1600, but then I saw that a friend of mine had an exact replica that looked better than mine! Now I only buy *hotdups* exact replicas and they are successful they are made from the same materials and hardware. love it
I like crossbody fairly small bags. Like the look of Porter yoshida force shoulder pouch, Rains reporter box bag, Klättermusen algir accessory bag small. All slightly different
I for one am looking for a bag / investment piece in an even higher price point $300-$900. I’m sure plenty of your subscribers are in the same boat……hoping for a part ✌🏼
Really good selection. Considering right now Le Cabas from Jacquemus. Telling me that it makes more sense that it makes more sense to spend on sale 300€ on it rather than money on Uniqlo or the almost as expensive Arcs (which is also really cool)
@@HarryHas I have a question about beanies, I’ve watched your beanie video yesterday and I’m looking for more Fisherman beanies, as you can see on my profile I have a Fisherman beanie and that beanie was actually a slouchy cuff beanie so I made it look better which is my trick with all my beanies. but I have a dangerously small head and I can’t seem to find any good beanies for my head. do you have any recommendations which are appropriate for smaller heads?
Okay, I’ve always scratched my head about the obsession around the kislux book totes and their practicality, but this one is adorable!! Congratulations
Would love to see a vid about how to dress for rainy weather, given what we've been getting in the UK recently! I find that mix of functionality & style really hard to get right, there's not much out there on RU-vid talking about it either
Would you recommend any of these for work and gym purposes? I need something more spacious than a regular backpack but I also think a classic backpack might be better for my back. 🤔
@@HarryHas You mean the quilted messenger version? I automatically skipped tote bags because they don't seem to be working well for gym and work imo. However never really had a good messenger bag. Arcs look great too, even with the steeper price point, but how's the quality? Are they at least waterproof? And last question, do you have some experience with RAINS bags? Sorry for too many questions.
I'm not really a very stylish person but the only bag I carry is a tote because for me it's timeless. Every other type of bag looks like it will be out of style next season.
@@HarryHas thanks for replying! can you describe your aesthetic/ preferred fashion style? It would be kinda helpful to differentiate and understand my style better.
That Acne backpack is a design lifted straight from ‘99/2000 Urban Outiftters. Those weird futuristic messenger bags, with Velcro and zippers and pockets all over were ugly back then and are even uglier now.
Thanks for the Arcs suggestion, they look great. A bit sad that they don't tell you how many liters of volume the bag posses. Would you ever consider doinh a EDC video with one of your bags?
It's ashame that totes haven't caught on in the US as much with males. The versatility and space exceeds the typical backpack or messenger for work. My opinion.
The jump scare at the end lol 👌🏻 see ya later Harry P.S. I’ve been wearing a leather cross body bag from COS for almost a year it’s fantastic but it seems they don’t have it on their website anymore :(
Haha glad you liked that one! Yeah, I know which one you are talking about. Maybe they will bring it back sometime soon? They do some great bags for sure
I think in the colonies we call those purses or handbags. There just isn't all that much stuff we guys have to carry around, I guess. Fanny packs came and went pretty fast. What are you guys over there carrying around with you that you even need such a bag? Asking for a friend.
Well as an example - I just got back off holiday so for the flight I wanted to take my book, headphones, camera, water, passport, wallet, somewhere to put my sweater when I landed in a hot country and a few other bits. I don’t know about you, but I don’t fancy carrying all that and risk misplacing things when I am travelling.
@@HarryHas Traveling does require extra preparation and I can surely see the necessity of such a convenience. [I use my carry on gym bag for all those things] But day to day? I don't carry headphones, camera, water, passport or sweater so I'm down to a wallet (front pocket of my cargo pants), money, gum, keys to the car and a comb. I just don't have the need for a large bag or even a medium sized bag. That's all. And many congratulations on your success. I started watching when you were still struggling with addiction. You've come a very long way and THAT is very reassuring to witness.
i was expecting the lemaire croissant bag i see everywhere these days haha. hopefully one day i can get one of them. meanwhile im now contemplating on the quilted cross body bag from cos that you mentioned
Okay, I’ve always scratched my head about the obsession around the kislux book totes and their practicality, but this one is adorable!! Congratulations
*hotdups* The canvas tote actually reminds me of the Hermes Garden Party too. Thanks for making this video to suggest more budget friendly alternatives. love it!
I went to Studio Augusta when I went to Paris in the summer. I bought Monceau at *hotdups* to match. My only regret is not purchasing more. I really hope to get a mini Marley one day.
Yes the color of the kislux is beautiful and it is a great decision, maybe one day they will add feet and straps. It would be nice to have a bigger bag during the colder months when we have to store gloves, beanies, scarves, etc…
This is very cool and Men need this because we have things to carry. Seriously...and its not frivolous vanity items. Not that there is anything wrong with frivolous vanity items.
