I used to work with a lady who was from the Bahamas. She brought conch fritters to work and they were delicious! Ive never been to the Bahamas, but I had conch fritters in Turks and Caicos. I could have eaten them every day. Conch salad and crack conch was the bomb too👍

I gotta tell you how I enjoyed this. Excuse my somewhat long windedness. I visited the islands for the 1st time about 8 years ago on a cruise with my BEST FRIEND. He introduced me to KONCH and we had it every which way but loose. FRIED.. COLD SALAD... HOT SALAD!! I fell in love with the DELICACY! Got back to the states an I see it in the Fridge of my neighborhood store DAILY... and never touched for fear of not knowing how to prepare or make it and NOWWWW...I can! Thank you awesome SISTER for that tutoring an I appreciate (Being from NEW YORK an all) the slight cussing out of the SEAGULL and still having the beautiful spirit to break them off a piece.. 😍🤣🙏🏻✌️ THANK YOU💙
