Is this the "premium balcony"?

I was upgraded to one of those several years ago on a different ship. At first I thought it was cool, but then I realized people in upper decks were throwing their cigarette butts overboad that made it down to my balcony burning holes in the seats. And it was very windy outside most days so couldn't sit out there. I'll stick to interior rooms on short trips and Oceanview on long trips.
