crazy how good it sounds stock lol. Intakes always seem like a good buy but your bang for buck is so low usually. Too bad blow off valves are a thing of the past

Agreed. The best dollar-to-HP ratio is a tune. It's a trade off now these days...BOVs in the past, but now, you can gain 100hp with less than $1k!

Can you recommend a good catted DP that won’t trigger a CEL? Have not been lucky with the one I chose, having to install the stick one.

I installed the Injen charge pipe on my Supra and I really had to stretch the wire for the sensor I barely could get it on. I didn’t see another way to do it. Did you have the same problem with your install?

Sorry for the late reply. We didn't have this issue. Maybe things weren't seated into the couplers as far in as possible? Just a thought.

So the Mxp catless dp cancels out the CEL? Or is that temporary until it does show up

They only have a cold air and short pipe. Go with CTS. Bigger cone and looks better

Emissions are only needed like every 4 year I think. But you can’t, you have to keep the OEM and switch em out a few days befor you go to the dealer

An intake doesn't require a tune. That said, any fully customized tune (not a general "off-the-shelf" tune) maximizes every last % of performance. Again, short answer, no reason to do a tune or a custom tune just for an intake. Which intake are you interested in?

The intake is a worthless waste of money. The charge pipe is only necessary at much higher boost levels. The downpipe is the only thing on this list that can help to create a real power gain, but requires engine tuning. Just because idiots with money make YT car videos doesn't mean they're not completely full of shit.
