Homemade Belgian Waffles - Wake up to breakfast of a homemade hot waffle!! These waffles are light and fluffy because the eggs are separated and the whites are beat to a soft foam. Cook them in a waffle iron to your desired doneness. I prefer them soft so I cook them light to medium. Try this will a little fruit or simply with lots of butter and maple syrup. This is a great way to start the day!!!
