I made this today and they were by far the best blueberry muffins I have EVER put in my mouth. She is not exaggerating when she says they are the best. Please do yourself a favor and make these!!

I was so happy to see that all that topping didn’t weigh them down! Beautiful domed tops with crispy edges! (I’ll use melted, cooled butter instead of oil, though) 👍🏼

My son and I made these tonight. In both regular sized muffins and mini muffins. Everyone absolutely loved them. I had to go upstairs to stop from eating so many of them. Amazing.
I tried it, To Die For , baked them in a muffins liner , turned out to look a bakery grade muffins but taste way better ,thank you so much for the recipe.

I just made them and i divided the recipe in half but still everything turned out fine. Tbh till now i never had good blueberry muffins but this is gonna be one of my favorite muffin recipes ever. They are so fu****g AmAZINg😭thanks Laura

I'm Lactose Intolerant, I use Nuttelex butter and lactose free cream instead of buttermilk, you can use almond milk for complete dairy free, I also use a sweetener rather than sugar. Yum

Making these right now as I type... ( I subbed out Buttermilk for 3/4 C sour cream + 1/4 Milk)... also, (reduced heat to 380 degrees, time 30 min)......I’ll keep ya posted. 🤞...... OK post baking: Mine came out to dark, too well done. I will do 350 & check @ 20 min mark next time.
sooz hart I used her recipe with sour cream and 1/4 cup of milk as well and bake 400F for 20 mins in middle rack. It came out crisp and golden brown on the top inside moist, light and so soft. It was the best!! Imao
