New to the channel but not to BS. Love the hacks in your recipes, life is busy with work and kid’s sports quick hacks make it awesome to still be able to cook a great meal at home but in a time friendly way. Keep up the quotes! Ring it!

I agree! “Sammich” is THE WORST!! That term is almost as bad as a runny egg… almost!! I agree, that breakfast sandwich needed cheese but the avocado may have been enough, we’ll try it this weekend & see how it goes with a hunk-o-cheese on stand by. Love the movie quotes, love Betty’s show too , you’re both good in your own ways! 🎉
Looks soooo good! I have a question about my griddle. It's always been temperamental when I try to use the right side. I only have the smaller one w 2 controls. No side burner. Any suggestions? Thanks! I looooove your show and all the goodies you make plus all the out takes!
Keep the format! There's a million cooking videos out there, go subscribe to the them instead of complaining here. The extra comedic commentary and clips make it more entertaining to watch. Keep it going!
If you do not say sammich, well then you sir are not one hell of a model Amerrrican. Look at y'all becoming Bell Nazi's - No Bell for You! I had a similar sandwich yesterday camping, but with none of that green crap, and using jalapeno bacon. Amazing!
To cook bacon anywhere, start in a cold pan or griddle and bring the temp up slowly. This helps keep it from curling up. Don't cut any kind of bread with the knife blade towards your hands. You'd think, the guy who pretends to be a Chef (Nate) would warn you about cutting your self. Bacon too crispy, egg not runny, I say edible, not the best. BTW, I love the movie clips.
EXACTLY! And this guy wants to give "PRO" moves? He needs to be one first...He's a joke! In another video he says, "Pro move...let the cream cheese warm up, it'll be easier to mix." Uhh.. Sorry that's Common Sense!
About the pronunciation of sandwich, you have to be an idiot to say sammich 😆 (sorry Nate). And I am sorry to say Joan Jett did not sing "Hit Me With Your Best Shot". That was Pat Benatar. Have Ethan make that his next " Hey CJ, Did You Know" segment 😄. Also, I think any breakfast on the Blackstone is the best breakfast. Your SANDWICH looked great. Fun show as always guys!
Hey CJ, I appreciate the "Frazier Technique 2000" (no parchment paper). I use it myself. But when are you going to get an actual burger smasher? A spatch and tongs? You're a Blackstone guy for crying out loud! Darn good looking SAMMICH tho. And keep up the clips, jokes, and bafoonery.
