Great video. And very thoughtful grinder selection. I guess the only grinder missing is a Kinu? I am surprised that the Pietro is better that Fellow Ode gen 2. I got the Pietro a month ago and I am very happy with it. But I haven't compared it yet with my DF83 SSP HU. The only drawback I can say about the Pietro is that it is quite heavy, much heavier than the rest. Thumbs up to both of you.
Could I ask what burrs you were using in the Pietro during this video? I know it can ship with either the multi-purpose, or pro brew burrs, so just curious!
@@liheath558Would love to see this as well. I have a K4 grinder as my first grinder which I had for a while but I want more complex flavors out of pour-overs which a grinder that produces less fines might make such as the K6 or ZP6, so I’m not sure what to get as my next grinder purely for pour-overs.
@Abdullah-cj2mh I just ordered both, the 1Zpresso ZP6, and the Kingrinder K6. I am just now ordering the items to make pour overs, I'm finally taking the plunge, and hopefully have a better, more enjoyable tasting experience with my morning cup of coffee.I have gone down the rabbit hole, and crossed over to the dark side. Things should be here in about 2 days, except the ZP6, which will be shipped from overseas.
@@tommyg5095 Nice. Why are you buying two grinders though? I would just buy one grinder and if I didn’t like it only then I might consider buying the second grinder. If you like a balanced cup (not too clear and not too muddy) then I would suggest the 1zpresso K-Max. Right now I still haven’t bought a new grinder because I’m trying to look for something that will be good for both espresso and pour overs like either the K-Max or the Baratza ESP since I plan to get an espresso machine soon.
