Today, I made really delicious butter cookies that don't spread.
It's a recipe that I make often, so it's a recipe that I can make in an instant without looking at the recipe book. 😁
With this recipe, you can make basic butter cookies, icing cookies, snowball cookies, jam cookies, sable cookies, and more!
I made it with my favorite Bichon Frize-shaped cookies, but you can make it freely with your own cookie cutters.
It's a basic butter cookie, but it's a really delicious combination, so I hope you make it!

🍪 Butter Cookies 🍪
▶ Material ◀ Thickness 4mm, 5x6cm cookie cutter, about 35 pieces
Preheat at 338℉(170℃), bake for 10-11 minutes at 329℉(165℃) or Preheat at 356℉(180℃), bake for 9-10 minutes at 338℉(170℃).
If the thickness of the cookie is less than 4mm, set the temperature to 320℉(160℃) and bake by adjusting the time until the edges are light brown.
Snowball Cookie: Divide into 6-8g each and bake at 320℉(160℃) for 15-18 minutes
Jam Cookie: Divide into about 8-10g each and bake for 15-18 minutes at 320℉(160℃)
Sable Cookies: Cut into pieces about 1cm thick and bake for 16-18 minutes at 320℉(160℃)
120g unsalted butter
90g sugar
2g salt
30 g eggs
2g vanilla extract
200g cake flour
30g almond powder (If you add almond powder, it will be more savory and flavorful, making it even more delicious. If you don't have it, you can replace it with the same amount of soft flour.)
2g baking powder
◼ How to store ◼
If you put silica gel in an airtight container and store it, the crispiness will last longer. Store for 3-4 days at room temperature and up to 3 weeks in the freezer.
