Definitely recommend Oretan, Full Comp, and Card lab (Tenjin and Hakata Station). They have meta staples and the staff were really helpful even if you don’t speak Japanese, like me. Fukuoka locals have told me they’re a good place to play also.

I have the whole bandai set from 1998 the 1 - 118 cards Inside a Binder and I do really love them and dont regret having gotten it.

Besides tokyo and osaka, what would be your top 3 cities for large amount of card shops? My last trip I spent a lot of time making a chaos and goat format deck from ocg cards. I am now interested in collecting gen 1&2 cards as well as ultimates. Probably also some other stuff for decks in later formats too.

Have found that Osaka has a lot for booster pack supply than Tokyo, but Tokyo has much more individual card selection. Curious how fukuoka compares

Hey BD , have you thought about doing videos on trying to assess the value / thought process of investing in survive cards / sets maybe along similar lines as what smpratte does for Pokemon? Strictly sealed does some of that but would love to get your angle on it especially as new ocg and tcg sets / promos come out give your expertise there
