Hi Claudia! I just started watching your channel about a week ago and I’ve already made two of your recipes. They are super delicious and authentic. Thank you for what you do and keep up the good work.
These asada nachos were sooo good! I only used 1 tsp of chili powder because my kids dont eat spicy food. The meat still had a little kick but was just perfect for them to eat. This is the 3rd recipe I try. I tried the green chicken tamales last christmas and I have made the thanksgiving turkey for 2 years now. All recipes have been easy to follow and delicious.
Thank you for this carne asada recipe ❤ fajitas was my fathers favorite meal to make with our family and I didn’t get the recipe before he passed. Will make this with so much joy ❤️
Claudia!!! Thank you so much! You’ve helped me so much with cooking. You’ve given me something to look forward to everyday! It has became a passion of mine in just a short few weeks watching you. I’ve recreated almost 10 of your dishes already! I would love to ask if you’d recommend pots & pans that you believe are good. The ones I have are on their last leg so I def need to get new ones soon! Let me know if you can! God Bless & thank you so much! - A fan from Chicago 🥰
I make this for my family and we love it! I live in NC but I'm originally from Cali. I can't get good carne asada out here. So this recipe allows me to fix it at home. It reminds me of my Cali days eating at a restaurant called Alberto's in Colton. Try drinking some pink lemonade with this meal, soo delicious 😋
Ranchera is actually Flap Meat; where as skirt steak is arrachera. Different cuts, from different parts of the animal, but both delicious for that traditional Mexican carnita asada. Big fan of your channel and love your recipes!
Once again your recipes don’t disappoint, made this yesterday to eat while we watch boxing match and it was so yummy. Today use the remainder of the meat and put it over white rice and wow! Thank you!
I tried it and they were super delicious and of course I used a deep fryer, what are the same day word super delicious as I know you are thank you very much keep up the good work from your number one fan :-)

I love you Claudia!!!! I really enjoyed the sounds of your cooking. I felt like it was a wonderful ASMR experience. And it was also beautiful! Thank you for your videos! ❤️ From Texas! By the way, we call it skirt steak, too, and that is what we use to make fajitas. I live about an hour away from San Antonio.
